Clubhouse

- office floor renovation

- blue facia boards and window trim need to be replaced

- Touch up paint on Burgees

- Turn on Ice machines

- Deck repair

- divert ice machine drains to plant beds

Outside

- cook station repair tile around grill

- fish station replace table with stainless steel top

- carpet on the ramp needs to be replaced

- clean up trash and garbage around the yards and ramps

- Planters, frame and Tents need to be put up

- patch holes in blacktop parking areas

- paint lines for parking spaces

Landscaping

- weed out planter beds

- cut back old perennials and grasses on hillside near berm

- install gravel drainage 

- new top soil and flowers in new planter boxes

- plant flowers near entrance signs

- cut down dead evergreen near entrance

- Mulch all flower beds
